Conseasy Srl provides on this page all the Terms and Conditions. By using our site, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions, the referenced policies, and you agree to abide by them.
The following Terms and Conditions, which include the Membership Policy, Fees and Changes, Cancellations and Refunds and any other useful user guidance, content displayed on the Website, are a legally binding contractual agreement between you ("User", "Provider", "you", "your") and Conseasy ("Conseasy", "conseasy.co.uk", "we", "us") (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Terms of Service").
By visiting or using the services available on www.conseasy.com (the "Website"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service and any related information from time to time at our sole discretion by updating this posting or any related information. Unless otherwise provided in such revision, the revised terms will be effective upon their posting.
1. INTRODUCTION
Conseasy is a business-to-business online platform that enables users to take advantage of professional services ('Buyer') and to contact and seek advice from suppliers ('Provider'). The Website contains features that enable users and Providers to do, among other things, the following:
Provider: Create your own profile, advertise features and services, obtain feedback from users, purchase a subscription plan.
Users (Buyer): Create your own profile, consult various supplier profiles, communicate with suppliers, assign jobs, give feedback. There is no subscription fee and the access is entirely free.
Visitor: The user does not register. He can, however, consult simple information from the suppliers on the platform.
By visiting or using the services available on the conseasy.co.uk domain (the "Website"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review these Terms of Service and all related information from time to time at our sole discretion by updating this posting or any related information. Unless otherwise provided in such update, the revised terms will become effective upon their posting.
2. REGISTRATION
The preview of supplier profile is available to all web users (visitors). In addition, signing in with a personal account the platform allows the access to contact details and any others additional information of suppliers.
Conseasy limits its services to companies and freelancers for commercial purposes and not for personal or consumer use. By accessing the platform, you declare that you: (a) you are carrying on business in your own name as a freelancer/self-employed or that you are an employee or agent of a business (such as a corporation, limited liability company or other entity); (b) you are using our platform for business purposes only; (c) you declare your compliance with any licensing, registration or other requirements in connection with your business, or the business for which you are acting, and any offer or provision of services; and (d) you are a legal entity or individual who is at least 18 years old and that you can enter into legally binding contracts.
The provider finds a profile with the main information about the service provided obtained from data and business information providers. Subsequent registration allows the provider to expand the content by adding more information about the services provided.
Through registration, the User (Buyer) can access content such as supplier contact data not available to visitor users.
3. USER LIABILITY, CONTENT REMOVAL, BLOCKING OF USERS PROVIDER
You (provider) agree to provide accurate and complete information on your profile; you also agree not to provide false information about your identity or position, your business, your beneficial owners, your skills or the services you provide and agree to correct any information that is or becomes false or misleading. We reserve the right to suspend or block the account of anyone who provides false, inaccurate, or incomplete information in the setup, management or maintenance of an account. We may terminate your use of the platform and delete your account at any time. The effective date and time of such cancellation will concurrently match the date and time of receipt of the confirmation email.
USER (BUYER)
The User (Buyer) agrees to provide truthful information and to use the platform solely for the search of the service provider. Registration always involves a company/professional e-mail; no free e-mails are allowed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of anyone who provides false, inaccurate or incomplete information when creating, managing or maintaining an account. The user (Buyer) may discontinue use of the platform and delete their account at any time. The effective date and time of such cancellation shall be the date and time on which the cancellation process was completed by forwarding the confirmation by e-mail.
4. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT and REFUND POLICY
Access to certain premium Provider services may be subject to payment of subscription plans, as determined by Conseasy in its sole discretion. Conseasy allows Providers to enhance the visibility of their profile by subscribing to different plans. In detail these are Claimed, Verified, Sponsored.

Conaseasy keeps the right to change its rates at any time upon notice to the user where such change may affect existing subscriptions.
Subscription plans are shown in euros and/or pounds sterling. To the extent permitted by law all fees are expressed exclusive of all taxes (including value added tax, sales tax, goods and services tax etc.), all levies and duties imposed by tax authorities and you will be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes relating to the subscription plans. You are advised to check for any additional fees that may be charged by third parties in connection with the purchase of payment services or in connection with their renewal (such as, for example, international transaction fees, currency exchange fees or fees due to banks or credit card companies). Conseasy is not liable for such commissions or additional costs.
By subscribing to a subscription plan, you also authorise Conseasy to request and collect payment from our payment service provider and to make any requests that Conseasy may deem necessary to validate your designated payment or financial information in order to ensure timely payment, including for the purpose of receiving updated payment details from your payment service provider, (by way of example, the expiry date or updated card number that may be provided to us by your credit card provider).
Conseasy does not manage any form of payment between users for work/services commissioned. The platform only allows information and profile details to be acquired to facilitate the exchange of contact details and content useful for understanding the service provided. Any relationship between professionals will be managed by individuals without any involvement of the Conseasy platform.
In order to ensure that no interruption or loss of services occurs, subscription plans include a default auto-renewal option, whereby if the User does not deactivate the auto-renewal option, the plan will be automatically renewed at the end of the applicable subscription period, for a period equal to the initial subscription period. The subscription status is available in the User's personal dashboard. The User may deactivate the automatic payment renewal option at any time. The effective date of deactivation of the subscription plan renewal will be set at the end of the subscription period and will only be discontinued after the expiry of the respective period for which payment has already been made.
If the User is dissatisfied with the subscription plan, the User may request a subscription plan upgrade from Conseasy at any time. In order to accommodate the request, Conseasy reserves the right to authorise the additional charge as the difference between the chosen plan and the desired plan (e.g. from a Verified plan to a Sponsored plan).
5. CONTENTS AND PROPERTIES
Inappropriate behaviour and language - Communication on Conseasy should be constructive and professional. Conseasy condemns bullying, harassment and incitement to hatred towards others. We offer users the opportunity to chat with each other through an integrated service on the platform. Conseasy takes no responsibility for the content of messages and attachments exchanged between users. There is also a verified feedback mechanism to evaluate services/projects commissioned between users.
Phishing and spam - Member security is a top priority. Any attempt to post malicious content with the intent to compromise another member's account or computer environment is strictly prohibited. Please respect the privacy of our members by not contacting them with offers, questions, suggestions or anything that is not directly related to their gigs or orders.
Privacy and identity - It is not possible to publish private and confidential information of other people. Conseasy uses company data providers to upload supplier profiles. Additional information may be added by interested parties who are personally liable for it, releasing Conseasy from any liability.
User (Buyer) profile on Conseasy - You (Buyer) may not create a false identity on Conseasy, misrepresent your identity, create a Conseasy profile for anyone other than yourself or use or attempt to use another user's account or information; Profile information, including description, skills, location, etc., while it may be kept anonymous, must be accurate and complete and may not be misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. We do not endorse any information posted by users and are not responsible for such information posted on the platform. We reserve the right to take any action, in our sole discretion, with respect to information posted on the website that we deem inappropriate, including but not limited to termination of the account.
Intellectual property claims - Conseasy accepts no liability for the use by users of information or material (see portfolio, projects) in violation of copyright, patents and/or trademarks. The use of registered company logos and trademarks without authorisation from the holders of the right of exploitation entails the liability of individual users.
Fraud / Illegal use - You may not use Conseasy for illegal purposes or to conduct illegal activities.
Accounts - Conseasy only allows the registration of accounts with a company domain in order to authenticate users. Accounts of free mail providers without a customised domain will not be accepted for registration.
Proprietary Restrictions - The Site, including the general layout, design, information and pre-loaded content are the exclusive property of Conseasy. Conseasy is a registered trademark. Users have no right, and specifically agree not to do any of the following in relation to the platform or any part thereof:
- use automation software (bots), hacks, modifications (mods) or any other unauthorised third-party software designed to modify the site;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt the platform or the computer systems or networks connected to the platform;
- circumventing, removing, altering, deactivating, degrading or counteracting any technological measures or protection of the contents of the platform;
- use robots, spiders, crawlers or other automatic devices, processes, software or queries that intercept, 'mine', scrape or otherwise access the Site to monitor, extract, copy or collect information or data from or through the Site, or engage in any manual process to do the same,
- introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other malicious or technologically harmful programs into our systems,
- use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, overload or impair the platform, or interfere with the enjoyment of the platform by other users or
- access or use the platform in any way not expressly permitted by these terms of service. Users further agree not to allow or authorise anyone else to do any of the foregoing.
Except for the limited right to use the Platform under these Terms of Service, Conseasy owns all right, title and interest in and to the Platform and you agree not to take any action inconsistent with such ownership interest.
Feedback Rights - To the extent that you provide Conseasy with comments, suggestions or other feedback relating to the platform as a whole, you shall be deemed to have granted Conseasy an exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, perpetual, irrevocable and worldwide ownership right in the feedback.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Conseasy uses external payment providers via an integrated service on the platform. The management of transactions is delegated to the Stripe system. In the Stripe payment procedure, since it is an external site to the Conseasy platform, Conseasy can never intervene or be called upon for any reason whatsoever, including cases of malfunctioning of the system or more generally of payment management problems. A chat service is available for users to exchange messages and documents. The API used is TalkJS. More information can be found at https://talkjs.com/.
7. LEGAL AGREEMENT
These terms of service constitute the general conditions, in their entirety, applicable to each of our visitors or registered users on the Conseasy platform.
The Conseasy Terms and Conditions constitute a binding and legally valid contract between Conseasy and the user in relation to the use of the platform; therefore, please read them carefully.
The user may only visit the platform and register if he/she accepts the Conseasy Terms of Service. If the user does not wish to read, understand in their entirety and accept the Terms of Service, he/she must immediately leave this platform and avoid or discontinue any use.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Except as provided for by mandatory provisions of law, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute concerning these terms of service and related relations.
9. DATA PROTECTION
The Platform processes Users' personal data in compliance with the provisions of D. Lgs. 196/2003, as amended by D. Lgs. 101/18 (hereinafter, the "Privacy Code") and its annexes, as well as in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, the "Regulation" or "GDPR"), the definitions of which are referred to herein in full, and any other applicable legislation, measures, guidelines, best practices on the protection of personal data.
When registering, users are required to consult the Privacy Policy and confirm that they have read it by ticking a check mark. Conseasy is the controller of the users' personal data for the purposes indicated in the respective Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected by Conseasy in the course of the use of the Platform may be sent to third parties who process the data on behalf of Conseasy as external data processors or autonomous data controllers, for the purposes indicated in the Privacy Policy.
The Platform's data storage system, services and back-end data are based on servers hosted by third parties located in territories outside the EU. The User has the right to obtain information regarding the legal basis for the transfer of Data outside the EU, as well as regarding the security measures adopted by the Data Controller to protect the Data.
10. VALIDITY AND MODIFICATION
Conseasy may make changes to these terms of service at any time, at its own discretion and unilaterally, which will be brought to the attention of users by notification within their profile. Continued use of the platform after such changes implies an express acknowledgement and acceptance of the changes and its updates.
